Sorry for the dissapointment, but Scouring's out for sure. I don't have it straight from PJ's lips or anything, but they still have to squeeze in half of TTT, plus RotK. And, as Saruman is going to be thrown from Orthanc, I don't know who could possibly brew the trouble in the Shire. I believe that if asked, PJ, Philly, and Franny would say that it would have been "too confusing" and they had to do it because of time constraints.
