It's bizarre, but the spoilers gave me a closure. I did have doubts that the scouring may not happen: the moviegoer/critic in me would not know what to make of it if it were included. I imagine that a lot of scenes would be shortened, as the account of Gollum and the Hobbits were condensed.<P>...but what I am really restless about is the actual ending. I hope that they keep it that way.
