It confused me at first when I saw the elves come to Helm's Deep, and I'm still not sure I really like it, but it was okay. I was so happy to see Haldir show up!! I love(ed) him. "The Dwarf breathes so loud we could have shot him in the dark." brilliant line! I didn't cry, but I was so incredibly heart-broken when he died. It was all I could do to not stand up and scream at the orc who got the final blow. A very well done death scene, I must say.
