I thought the Nazgûls were portraited pretty much as I had pictured them from the books.<BR>They are not even close to being as powerful in Bree as they are close to Mordor and their master and I think that was shown in the film, however it could have been explained a bit better so people who hasn't read the books will understand why the Nazgûls will be so much more powerful in the following films.
