It's all in Appendix E, Pronunciation of Words and Names. The pronunciation notes are really quite interesting (and embarassing if you've always been pronouncing something wrongly). For example: AU = ow as in 'how'. (Sauron isn't pronounced Sore-on. If they don't pronounce it correctly in the movies, I shall mutter many nasty things about PJ.)
