I'm moving this back up as the topic has re-appeared twice recently, and this thread contains so much that is relevant, and of interest to anyone new to the issues.

In addition, I am sure that those who contributed so many thousands of words in this thread (self included) probably feel somewhat weary at the prospect of doing it all again [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
