Gayalondiel, in a very un-Elfin fasion, jumps up and down in excitement. he offers this rather garbled explanation as she weaves a grey silk cocktail dress:

"The 20th May is not only the date of the B-D's party, but my very own birthday too!" She will be the equivalent of nineteen years among men. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

Gaya suddenly stops jumping and weaving (a very complex task when done simultaneously), to ask in a confused voice "but does 9:00 refer to USA standarn? what would that be among those who go by greenwich mean time?" [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img]
