Elenna felt sick. "ELVEN blood?" her mind kept screaming over and over. "ELVEN blood?"
These dismal thoughts were interrupted by the thundering of hooves. A large plaid horse galloped straight at her, a large man hanging off of her back. As the horse passed, the rider tumbled off. As he fell, Elenna saw his face. "Hogarth!" He was unconscious, and an awful stench emanated from a festering wound on his shoulder.
"I will take care of him, Elenna. Go catch the horse." Aman's voice was intense. She also had some history with Hogarth.
"I will return." Elenna sprinted off after Damselle. As she ran, she let out a loud whistle. Celebdae came running at her, and she vaulted lightly onto his back. Together, horse and rider sped off in pursuit of Hogarth's horse.

And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."
