Elenna breathed a sigh of relief as she sped away on Celebdae. Now that Aman was here, her confidence was somewhat restored. She was one of the strongest elf-sorceresses in the world and would be a very valuable addition to the army, despite the fact that she recognized no one's authority but that of the Valar.
In the distance, she heard a loud trumpeting neigh. Drawing Lalaith, she waited. Azruk rides a great black horse with red eyes, much like a Nazgul. She had no desire to be ambushed. Out of the trees came a large white stallion, it's nostrils flaring. It was Asfaloth, and on it's back rode Glorfindel.
"What news, my love?" he asked.
"Yrch are camped all along the Bruinen. The battle will begin tomorrow. We need to prepare."
And with that, they galloped off back to Rivendell to begin organizing the defense.
