Age of snowhobbits -- two years older than their original age.

OK, let's make it easy:

The entire contingent from Tol Fuin arrives at once: Maura, Zara and 'Big' Ban and Abar, plus Lindo and three snowhobbits. Lindo and crew in one place in the Inn; Maura and his family in another.

Immediately thereafter, the Greenwood contingent arrives: Rose, Gamba, plus four brothers in tow.

Rose will come through in a slightly different location than the boys.

The Inn is going to be busting at the seams! Can the hobbit children/teenagers sleep in the stables?

As to the exact place the various groups arrive in the Inn.....that remains to be seen.
