Sindahir was so deep in thought that she didn't notice Ruby coming to her table with a letter.
"Here miss," said Ruby holding up the letter.
Sindahir snapped back to reality.
"Thank you Ruby." Ruby walked away and Sindahir read the message.

Dear Sindahir
I hope this reaches you before you leave. I have been told by Aragron, or King Elassar as the Gondorians call him, that your family was royalty. Before Gil-Galad went to fight in the Last Alliance, he named his youngest brother his heir. the brother was your father.

Sindahir reread the last two sentences. Her father a king? The letter continued.

So you see you are a princess of the Noldor. If you don't believe me thats fine. I must say this, come back to Minas Tirith before you leave Middle-Earth. I have something to tell you.

Sindahir stared at the letter. "Legolas," she whispered to herself. So she was to go back to Gondor the one place in Middle-Earth she didn't want to be, but the possibility of answers to the questions bugging her was too great and Sindahir secretly agreed to go back to Minas Tirith.
