Collette nibbed on her stubby nails, (already clipped from their previous trimmings) and Aranel had a thoughtful faraway look in her eyes. Radae heard Shade groan behind her. She turned and gave him some more herbs, after which he rolled over and fell asleep. The girls stayed up late into the night, discussing plans of action.
