Shadee grimaced back, a little repulsed at the thought of ripped bloodstained cloth supporting his body, but he nodded and settled back for a several-hour long nap as Radae stalked through the bodies of the fallen, taking a vest here, a tunic there, and before the sun had set, had made a suitable sling. She turned dragon and very gingerly picked up Shade between her teeth and placed him in the sling around her neck. She didn't even wake him. (this made her very proud) However, when she took off, the jolt of her wings startled him into reality...
