Nayruiel, a faerie, sat beneth a tree outside of the palace. Her silver hair and turquoise and pale purple wings were hidden in the tree's shadow. She heard snoring above her head. There she saw her friend Sorell. She flew up to him.

"Sorell! Wake up! It's me Nayru! Wake up!" She shook him and he jumped up.

"Hum? Wha? Nayru? What are you doing here?"

"I followed you."

"WHAT! Your too young to be out her by yourself! I came to see Kalia. BY MYSE-" He was inturupted as they heard people talking and coming out of the palace.

Nayru pulled her Sindar cloak over her wings and her bright silver hair. Her silver eyes glowed beneth the shadow of the cloak. The group aproached the tree Sorell and Nayru sat in.
