What time will the actual "party" start or the red carpet end? And how will the red carpet work?

The thread will open on May 1 at 9:00am Eastern Standard Time. The red carpet and cocktails portions will likely run through about Monday.

You have two options for "introducing" yourself in the red carpet portion. You may simply arrive and begin to mingle or you may use a Non Player Character Television Commentator (to be identified later) to discuss your arrival, your outfit and, if you wish, to interview you.
