As Alaklondewen greeted them, Fin opened his eyes and stood up straighter, taking his weight from Sophia.

"Alak!" Sophia cried, "you've been away for quite a while. I'm glad you're back!"

They moved across to their familiar table, where Alatariel, Thoriel and Chicken were still dozing.

Fin slumped as they sat down and Sophia patted his leg reassuringly. "Poor dear," she teased. "Its past his bedtime."

"Hrmph," Fin grunted, but didnt raise his head from the table.
Alak laughed at the sleepy elflord, "aw, hes so cute." The two friends continued to tease Fin until he told them to shutup and stuck his tongue out.
"Ok, we are sorry," Sophia said, taking his head and lying it on her legs.
"Thats better," he said sleepily, before closing his eyes again and snuggling up to her.
