Poppy left her people-watching place at the bar to find someone to talk to. Having stared into the bottom of a glass of vodka for an hour, she felt like mingling among the crowd and talk to someone other than a ghost, or spend yet more time hiding from Lousewart.

Seeing Amanaduial and Lyra not far away, the hobbit walked over to them, hoping for interesting conversation, or if not that, at least some fun.
