The newcomer walked past the vile creature at the door, having finally convinced it that there were no weapons on her person.

She sighed. "Wish I could have brought Palmon with me...but then who KNOWS what that thing would have made of her....

She looked around. There were people everywhere! Not knowing when she would ever find them, she saw a girl sitting at a table by herself, looking a bit bored. She went over.

"Um, excuse me--my name is Mimi...I'm looking for someone, maybe you could help me? "
