Pippin-B.U.I.(blabbing under the influence)
Boromir-attempted theft, assault
Gollum-sent to mental hospital and intensive therapy until he is cured of his skitzophrenia (is that how you spell it?)
Gandalf-destruction of property (as in all the things he ruined with his fight w/The Balrog in moria),
Frodo-inciting civil disorder
