Root- Carnëhyando
Masculine version- Carnëhyandoion
Feminine versions- Carnëhyandoiel, Carnëhyandoien, and Carnëhyandowen.

But the ACUAL full Quenyan name is:
Niere-Almare Laire -

I don't know the other version of my last name, though.
