Luthien: Mr. Jackson, as regards the grievous offence of casting none other than Hugo Weaving as Elrond Peredhil: A director should know better! Any actor who has been in The Matrix has no place in Middle-earth. Hugo Weaving looks not at all like an elf, and his hair is nothing short of ridiculous. Would that you had cast some other actor!
