Or some of them are trying to be the Rockets and keep kicking the other Orcs in front. A typical dance routine would sound something like this;

Orc dance leader: One and two and kick.
Other Orcs: One and two and kick!
Random Orc archer in front: Hey! Watch it you guys! I just missed Legolas's head! Now I have to relode, aim again, and he'll have moved!
