Made it past Stock and didn't visit Golden Perch much to disgust of travelling companion. Back walking Barrowdowns tomorrow and will be able to see Blackriders coming in enough time to hide. Feel I will wear elven cloak cos think unseasonal sunny weather is not going to last, will drink my pale golden elven liquid but will not sing quite so louldly as the hobbits in case i frighten the sheep.Will hopefully make it to the Bucklebury Ferry by monday but will run for it with my shoes on!

Good job he didn't live in Poole cos he'd never get away from the cry of the gulls or the sound of the sea!
