Yes, normally having walked in the morning I would not also feel compelled to walk at lunchtime or in the evening. But Frodo and companions marched and marched, an average of seventeen and a half miles a day (full time, obviously) with packs on. Barefoot. So I end up striving for as many walks as I can!
