Wow Everyone You're all doing so great!
I swam for an hour yesterday -how do you count that in miles? and I walked 3 miles at work today. Hilde I don't agree with what your friend told you. I believe the average is closer to 15-20 min = 1 mile. Wow! Great links Helen! Great maps!
