I believe peoples of Middle Earth also provides some information. In this volume, for the first time it is stated that the purpose of the Blue Wizards may have been to set up "cults" or religons in the east to contest those set up by Sauron and that they were, at least partially, sucessful. Is there anyone who thinks Radagast was sucessful (as distinguished from merely "not evil&quot
