~You know you're obsessed when you grow a long white beard & carry a cane.
~You know you're obsessed what you get a perm just to look like a hobbit.
~You know you're obsessed when you legally change your name to one of those belonging to a fellowship member.
~You know you're obsessed when you go in search of the Ring yourself
~And (my favorite) You know you're obsessed when you can't shut up about LotR
