Sting

I parodize poems.

All that is gold glitters,
all those who wander are lost.
The old that is strong withers,
deep roots are touched by the frost.
From the fire an ash shall be woken,
A shadow from light shall spring.
Lost shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless shall never be king.

I did memorize the poem in Faramir's and Boromir's dream. And the Fall of Gil-Galad, and the Road goes Ever On, and a few others. "I sit beside the fire and think" is my favorite, I think.
