Hey, what about quotes in finnish..? I know, I know, it isn't a germanic language, but Finland is afterall one of the Nordic countries, eh?
Damn. It just occured to me that noone except me could probably quote in finnish...

Anyways: This is just on tip of my tongue. *thinks hard*
Oh well, let us guess: Gandalf? In -*thinks even harder*- Bag End, to Frodo? Probably not, but it was worth the shot.
