One of the Bracegirdles of Hardbottle (lovely name that, no wonder she wanted to move to a civilized town like Hobbiton) to Lobelia Sackville-Baggins upon learning she'd revised her will to leave all her (and Lotho's) money to Frodo for relief of poor hobbits made homeless by the troubles.
