I sort of have two, both from the hobbit, but neither is 'good gracious' standing alone.
Bilbo says 'Good Gracious me' when he recognises Gandalf at the beginning. Gandalf says 'Good gracious heavens, no no NO NO' when Bilbo thinks Beorn is a furrier. Good enough? [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
