I think it is that Vala... *trying to think hard*...
Nienna, sister of the Feanturi (Irmo and Namo or Mandos and Lorien) and here house is in the West of the West, the windows looking out from the walls of the world. She knows Gandalf, I guess better as Olorin, for his ways took him to Nienna oft in his youth and from her he learned pity and patience. greetings, lathspell
