Lottie (and wilwa), have you had a look at this and that?
So we've met them before (and it was high time for another appearance!). Think of them as another variation of the P&A theme, like Phanston and Ailsbry or Sir Phantom and Mr Alan; maybe P&A's doubles from a parallel universe, if you like (hence the unintelligible language*). Just don't expect it to make sense - it doesn't, and that's the fun of it. *As for the language, I have a hunch it may not be as utterly random as it appears at first glance; at least the obvious loan-word kipling suggests some previous intercultural contact with our universe. I also have a hunch Hookbill is probably laughing his head off at my attempts to explain it, but that's fine. ![]()
