Don't worry about what others think, worry about what you think. I used to hide aspects of myself when I thought others would disaprove, but I learned to be myself. If it's something you enjoy, weather it's fantasy or something else, embrace it and be happy. When some one is happy about himself, people really pick up on that, not that he's into fantasy. There's nothing wrong with being a geek either. I've lived in NYC all my life and I have yet to see a homeless geek. If you enjoy fantasy, then that's all that matters.
