What will you choose?

As much as I like ME, I wouldn't be able to go there permanently. This would entail me leaving behind three cockatiels, two basset hounds, and a mouse who are my responsibility(and whom I love very much). Furthermore, I also happen to enjoy certain modern conviences, including sanitation, computers, CDs, etc. Maybe I could give these up, but for what? Realistically, I would be out there alone, with limited training in swordmanship(fencing anyone?). I wouldn't be able to pursue the occupation I wished(veterinarians in ME? I don't think so). If I'm not mistaken, women did not have the job/life opportunities in ME that they have today. In addition, I am very close to my family, yet I wouldn't be able to take them with me; I know that they would be miserable in such conditions. Hmmm. Maybe I could take a vacation in ME?
