I'll bet two points and say "Khazad! Khazad! Khazad ai-menu!" meaning "Dwarves! Dwarves! The Dwarves are upon you!"- this is from the Appendix.
Or do you mean the one from Gimli's shout at Helm's Deep- "Baruk Khazad! Khazad Ai-menu!" ("Axes of the Dwarves! The Dwarves are upon you!")?
