Bill Ferny has just left Hobbiton.

My kids and I really like the animated The Hobbit. The only thing that I didn't like was all the "John Denverish" music, but that was kind of the thing back then. The same thing was in The Last Unicorn.
However, the animated FotR... well... WHAT WAS WHATSHISNAME THINKING?! It was like all the characters in the movie were having an acid trip. I really don't remember his name, but he also did the animated movie, American Pop or something like that. I stopped the DVD player about 15 minutes into that sorry excuse for a movie too. But, hey that's just me, and my opinion.
The BBC radio feature is supposed to be really good, but I've yet to explore it.
