If you've read the books and not just seen the movies, you'll probably have thought in the past, "damn, wouldn't it be SO COOL if Glorfindel went along!".
Glorfindel is NOTHING compared to a Jedi Knight! They're all basically souped-up Glorfindels - remember Gandalf says "against both the seen and the unseen he has great power", that's Jedi Knights and Sith Lords all over. Darth Maul would waste the Witch King - c'mon, he got beaten by a girl and a hobbit! The lightsaber thing is definitely unfair. Star Wars probably wouldn't be worth watching if it wasn't for the lightsabers. Even Sauron is a wuss compared to Star Wars bad guys. He wants to control the world. The Empire would just blow it to smithereens like they did to Alderaan!
