No, Wainscots. I've looked it up now - it means wooden panelling on the lower part of a room wall. I'm sure Bilbo would have had that. But, there would of course be Waistcoats too.
What about X? X is for Xylem meaning woody tissue, ie the tree roots poking through in the deeper parts of the burrow. Yes, I've got my dictionary with me. [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] And so, Z is for Zucchini, what we Brits call courgettes - yes, more food! New topic, anyone?
