Saruman the White, also known as Saruman of Many Colors, Sharkey, and Curunír.

Sauron the Great, also known as the Dark Lord, the [self appointed] Ruler of Middle-earth, Enemy of the Free Peoples, Black Master of the land of Mordor, Eye of the Dark Tower, Seducer, Betrayer, Shadow of Despair, and The Lord of the Rings of Power.

Slinker, Stinker, Sméagol. Other names for Gollum, the first two courtesy of Samwise Gamgee.

EDIT: My previous list was quite excessive. I decided to shorten it because it was annoying me.
