In modern Russian, the respectful/deferential "you" is "you" in plural... So, like
vous in French. However, as far as we know, in archaic Russian, everyone was addressed with the singular "you", regardless of rank. Unless, of course, the speaker is referring to a group of people.
So, in my Russian translation, there is no change in the Aragorn-Eowyn speach.
