I have to disagree. "Bag on a hook" would be "Torba-na-kryuchke".
Krucha - not to be confused with
kryuchok (although they probably sound the same to those who don't speak a Russian-resembling language) - means steep hill or precipice. So instead of Bag-End there is Bag-on-the-Hill.
