Shadee grimaced back, a little repulsed at the thought of ripped bloodstained cloth supporting his body, but he nodded and settled back for a several-hour long nap as Radae stalked through the bodies of the fallen, taking a vest here, a tunic there, and before the sun had set, had made a suitable sling. She turned dragon and very gingerly picked up Shade between her teeth and placed him in the sling around her neck. She didn't even wake him.
