Songs and Verses
Well, the title explains it all, but for those of you who don't get it: The way the game works is, someone will post a line from a song or verse. It can be from anywhere. Then, people answer with who says it, when it's said, and if it's a song of verse. The person who answers correctly gets to post the next one? It's pretty simple, so let's get started! We wandered shyly hand in hand/ or rollicked in the fairy sand
This is more of a historic question [in regards to the Legendarium], than anything else. Tell me what the two lines are from and what version of the source it is. Then, tell me why the final version never found a place in the mythology.

Have fun.
