I think if it was between me taking the Ring to Mordor or the whole world turning into Mordor, I take the Ring to Mordor.

Being the coward I am, I'd probably just hide under a rock until the world was taken over, then dig a hole and hide underground until the world ended.

Ring

"I will take the ring to Mordor, though I do not know the way."
Yes I think I'd say that. I've always wanted to have an adventure. Besides it would finally give me something to do.

Of course I would have taken it. How could I as Frodo ever go against what Gandalf said?

I'd jump in my dad's four-wheeler (I'm learning to drive... yay!) and hi-tail it to Mt. Doom with the Ring on a keychain. Places like that (filled with evil spirits, dark and lifeless, etc.) I really like to explore.

To be perfectly honest, I would probably have taken it, but made a bunch of moronic mistakes, so it would have been captured.

The moral is: Don't trust Elenna with your Ring, if it involves whether the world will be taken over or not

Thumbs up

Well, I think I would take it. I am responsable... and since I was little I dreamed to have an adventure. I am brave, but I think I would need someone like Sam to support all the way to Mordor.

I would put it on and steal the Narya and the Vilya and the Nenya and take them to Mordor.

When they asked for a volunteer I'd jump up and down and scream 'Me! Me!' And if the wise ones made the mistake of actually letting me do it... I'd be bossy at the rest of the fellowship, refuse to go to Moria, and succumb to the evil temptations of the Master Ring very fast... I'd take it to Minas Tirith and put it on and try to RULE Minas Tirith... only to get beaten by Sauron and end up licking his dirty boots or worse...

I'm not hero material, you see...

On the other hand, I may not be evil overlord wannabe material either, so maybe I'd take the ring, grow weary of the burden, and hand it over to good old Sam... who'd quite possibly fail, as it'd take two of me to carry him to Mt. Doom...

Ring

Yes, I would have a taken it to Mordor, especially if I'd had live in the Shire my whole life (so boring!)

But......not being a humble little hobbit I think I would have succumbed to The Ring's power pretty quickly and screwed it all up, but I would have tried and that's worth something even if the world's ending right?.

Oh yes, I would take the Ring to Mordor. It's what I'd do with it when I got there that would be different from the rest of you . I would not take it anywhere near Mount Doom. I would ditch the fellowship, run from the Nazgul, and go straight to Barad-dur where I would hand the Ring over to Sauron. Then he would take over the world, resurrect Morgoth, and I'd laugh diabolically until he tried to take on the Valar. Then I'd run for my life because that's a losing battle unfortunately. Hahahahahahaha!!!!!
