Frodo and Gandalf assuredly went to the Undying Lands. Sam followed them later, and Gimli and Legolas built a ship and - I assume - made it all the way to immortal shores. Pippin and Merry, however, did not, nor did Boromir or Aragorn, unless you refer to the Halls of Mandos, where all Children of Iluvatar go when they 'die.'

Aragorn, Merry and Pippen never went to the Undyeing Lands. Gandalf and Frodo sailed at the end of ROTK. Aragorn died After aragorn died Legolas and Gimli sailed. Sam sailed after Rose died.

Of course there was another hobbit who went over the Sea and his name was Bilbo.
But, as far as I know, they never went to the Undying Lands, but to Tol Eresseä, the Lonely Isle which lies before Valinor's coast.

greetings,
lathspell

Actually lathspell, Tol Eressea is identified by Tolkien as the easternmost point of the Undying Lands, so they did, in fact, go to the Undying Lands.

Also, there was really no need to mention Bilbo in your post, since the topic concerns members of the Fellowship.
