Silmaril The language of the movies...what is it?

I am rather new to this site so for all I know my question was answered in the past...but I'll ask it anyway. In the movies we hear English so that we can understand what is going on. If we were really there...per-say...what language would they be speaking and what form of it. Anyone who can help me understand this please let me know. Thank you.

They would be speaking Westron(the common tounge). Westron is really a large blend of elvish and mannish.
