Galadriel because all of the others took husbands from the line of Earendil. Elwing=Earendil; Celebrian=Elrond; Arwen=Aragorn. Galadriel married Celeborn so she doesn't belong.

Okay, I made this too obscure. The answer I was thinking of was Galadriel, because she was the only one who was not more than 50% Teleri by blood (she and Luthien were exactly 50%). Sorry. It seemed like a good question at the time. I'll give it to Theodred because he said Galadriel.
