Thanks friends!
I do appreciate. I had a surprise party already on Saturday (Lommy was in the plot...) and toDay has happily been quite a normal day for me. Too old to party too young to die (adapted from Jethro Tull). You know in Finland we have this season of "little christmases" where every workplace, every activity-group, every friendship community etc. need to have their own "little christmases" - meaning getting drunk -party - and my calendar is a bit too full of them right now. The last one's were yesterday and the next will be on Friday... So I'm quite happy to have this day as a peaceful day at home... and modding a werewolf game to be sure...

Rage, rage against the dying of the light
Clearly I should have introduced you to "Mithalwen's theory of aging" before it was too late ... of course I have a while before I have to put some of it's tenets into practice.
Congratulations anyway....

Happy birthday, Aganzir! I would have wished you in the Dwarven way "may your beard grow ever longer", but I am worried what if it came true

Mainiota syntymäpäivää Aganzir!
Midwinter solstice is the coolest day to be born. All the people and cultures worldwide from the dawn of mankind have hailed your birthday! Not bad...

Coldest possibly.... but some of us think Mid year is quite good .... especially if they no longer have to take exams
But happy birthday to my sometime packmate Aganzir.

Thank you everybody.
I agree with you Noggie that winter solstice was a cool day to be born (or night actually, as I was born just a little past midnight. Makes it even cooler. ) Don't worry, Legate. I'm afraid it wouldn't come true even if you possessed the Voice of Saruman, as I've heard some people say. Thanks, and hope to see you again in WW soon, Mith.

Thanks but I am afraid you will have a long wait - RL is taking it's toll and I cannot in good conscience take on WW when I have neglected other commitments on the downs so shamefully. As soon as I have any real time (as opposed to flitting in time) I have to see if I can ressurect my characters and try to redeem myself

Oh darn, you outrun me, I wanted to post it already in the evening, but I decided to leave it for now... hm, seems my primacy is away.
Anyway, have a very happy birthday, Lhuna, and may (not only) this day be enjoyable for you!

Thank you so much for the greetings, Lommy (you get my phantom birthday cake!), Legate (that probably would already have been the 4th for me, but oh well, procrastination runs in the barrow ), Rune (oh, I hope so too! I have 2 exams on the 9th!), zxcvbn (may I ask what language that was?), Kath (haha, but I have to make up for being lazy over the holidays!), Volo (now it would be wonderful if I could do that), Groin Redbeard (*sparkle*), and Mummie Mith (*hugs*)!
I wish I could tell you that I had a festive celebration, but I spent most of yesterday in class, and when I got home last night I ended up sleeping until 1 this morning! |
