The article that tells all is here.

This is what a mindlessly liberal society will lead to...

Personally I was partial to this quote:
Quote:
"We get so much grief for killing Boromir. It's always 'Why'd you have to kill Boromir?' Don't they understand we were just following orders? And, Boromir was after the ring and tried to hurt Frodo, so in actuality it was really a good thing we killed him," said Wratch.
That made me laugh, thanks!

It makes you want to weep! Oh, the poor misunderstood Uruk-Hai.
That is so good!

Since we can anticipate that it will only be a matter of time before Uruk-Hai oriented legislation is passed, we should begin the following analysis sooner rather than later. All analysis should be performed across various fields and types of marketplaces, endeavors, and organizations:

What impact does hiring Uruk-Hai have on various industries?

How can we best integrate Uruk-Hai seamlessly into the workplace?

What are the inherent risks in hiring Uruk-Hai?

What special management skills are required in order to facilitate their integration into the workforce?

Perhaps the most disturbing question of all is, what effect will Uruk-Hai integration have on insurance premiums and legal fees?

Please submit proposals and funding estimates to lindil, who will assemble the analysis team and hire contractors at his discretion after funding is obtained.
